Things are crazy. I don't know how to feel. Things with Isaac & I are all screwed up...but kind of working out at the same time? I'm so scared to get my hopes up. I need all your prayers.
New York was fun, though it didn't feel at all like Christmas. We met up with our friends the Sturdy's there & I got to hang out with Jordan a bit, which was nice. I haven't seen him in forever. It was a pretty uneventful trip, we saw Alli's show, hung out with old friends, had part of Christmas in a hotel & came home. Don't go see "Marley & Me," unless you like to be sad.
Now I have to close at OG tonight & I'm stressing out about Isaac.

The City That Doesn't Sleep.
I'm FINALLY updating. I get so bad at this. My personal early New Year's resolution is to attempt to write one blog a day for at least a year. I think it's a really good way to track change in your life, but I always fall out of the routine.
Anyway, New York. Let's see, we got there on monday & went shopping in Times Square. The Virgin Record Store had tons of Twilight stuff, so I ended up with a poster & a t-shirt that says "What if I'm not the superhero?" on the front & on the back it says "What if I'm the bad guy?" I think it's kind of a fitting shirt for me regardless, haha. I think that was the day we saw Clint Eastwood in Rockefeller Center...I can't remember, it's all a blur. Tuesday was the first day we went to Al's show, I think, & I got some awesome pictures! I posted them on my Facebook if anyone wants to see. Hmm...wednesday we watched Alli on Racheal Ray & then there was more shopping I think...oh yeah, that was the day I met up with my friend Tina! We did some more shopping in Times Square & I ended up buying another Twilight tee, haha (*sigh*...oh, Edward). Thanksgiving Day Alli was off & we caught the tail-end of the parade & walked around Chelsea for awhile, then went back to Alli's apartment & baked cookies. Black Friday was STUPID, we made the mistake of going into Macy's (the largest store in the world, by the way) & it was a MAD HOUSE. There were lines for the ESCALATORS. Craziness. We saw the show again that afternoon (Catherine Zeta-Jones & Michael Douglas were in attendance for that one) & then headed home that night. Somehow it always seems to take so much longer to get home than it does on the way to a vacation. But all in all it was really fun.
Today I started training at Olive Garden, which is really completely pointless considering I quit there in January so it's not like I've already forgotten everything. So I got up retardedly early (had to be there at 7am...yuck) & half-slept through a bunch of lectures about stuff I already know. And I have four more days of this. Ugh. We open on monday & they're expecting about 9,000 guests in the first week. Those of you that don't know restaraunt lingo, that's ALOT of people. So I hope that equals ALOT of money.
I suppose that's all for now, I have to get some work on some photos from a shoot I did for a friend before I go to bed.

S-T-R-E-S-S-E-D!
So last night I logged into my online bank account & come to find out someone used my debit card. That will definitely leave you feeling violated. I have no idea where they got my info but it definitely freaks me out a bit. So I had to go to the bank & get my card deactivated & order a new one & they have to do an investigation & it's all a big headache.
Today has been so hard. I keep wondering if he's with her. Does she look like me? Does she like the same bands? Does she know about me?
Work was blah. People just don't get it. If your food comes out slow, don't take it out of my tip, I'm not the one cooking it. If I put a 50% discount on your check because you had to wait for said food, don't leave a $2 tip. I think people think I make minimum wage which is $6-$7 an hour. Nope! I make $2.13 an hour. And that will probably never change. But I have a different blog for these rants & raves.
Ummmm, what else. Nothing really happened today. I'm trying to stay busy; blogging helps. I'm just overly stressed right now, & I'm dreading Halloween. It brings back too many memories. I'm so ready for this year to be over, I need a new start.
I just realized today that I will be in NYC on Thanksgiving AND Christmas Day...& it's so weird, but I started to think, "What will I eat?" Haha. My Mom has always made a HUGE Thanksgiving meal, so it will be strange to eat out somewhere. I can't really picture eating anything but "Thanksgiving food." And Christmas will be strange, because my sister always wakes me up early & we go downstairs & eat bubble cake & pass out gifts & then we all go around & open presents one at a time, & then we go to a movie. I wonder what we'll be doing this year? We can't really take all the gifts to New York...I mean, I guess we'll take my sister's...I dunno. It will all be very different this year.
I really hate change. I want everything to stay the same. But I want everything to be different. I'm so stressed about my life right now. Good time to take up drumming I guess, because it's a great stress outlet to beat the crap out of my skins. Except then I'll have to buy new heads, & I'm broke. Which is another reason I'm stressed. I'm excited for my first lesson tomorrow though. I'll have to find something else to occupy my afternoon--it's been 2 days & already I'm losing it.
